Questions installers ask
Will it give customers prices?
No. It never quotes a job. If your website publishes a "from" price, it can mention that as a starting price, then it says an exact price needs a survey and offers to arrange one.
What happens if someone smells gas?
It stops and gives emergency instructions straight away: get out of the property, don't use switches or flames, and call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999, or 999 if anyone is unwell. That happens before anything else, every time.
How do enquiries reach me?
By email, the moment the customer confirms their details. If you use a CRM such as GoHighLevel, each enquiry can also be sent to it through a webhook. Every enquiry is saved first, so an email problem never loses one.
Does it book appointments in my diary?
No. It takes the customer's preferred days and times and passes them to you, and you call them to arrange the survey. It never tells a customer a visit is booked.
What if it doesn't know the answer?
It says it doesn't have that information and offers a callback or your phone number. It doesn't guess.
Does it work on my website?
If you can add a line of code to your site, yes. That covers WordPress, Wix and most custom sites. Removing it is as simple as deleting that line.
