How paying works
- We have a 10-minute call and you tell me about your store.
- I build your assistant from your FAQ, shipping and returns policies and full product catalogue. It's usually ready within a day.
- You try it on a private demo page. Ask it whatever a customer might, the awkward questions included. Nothing to pay at this point.
- If you're happy with it, you pay the £250 setup and paste one line into your Shopify theme. If you aren't, you walk away and owe me nothing.
- Your first month is free. The £40 monthly fee starts in month two, and you can cancel whenever you like.
No per-chat fees
Plenty of AI chat tools charge for every conversation the AI handles, so a busy month costs you more. Hope AI is £40 a month flat, for up to 1,000 conversations. If your store ever goes past that, we'd have a chat about a bigger plan. You'd never be charged automatically.

What's included, and what isn't
What you pay covers setting it up, hosting, updates when your products or policies change, and support from me directly. When the assistant can't answer something, it tells the customer how to reach you, and you get an email with the question so you can add the answer.
Two things it doesn't do, so they don't catch you out later.
It can't check on a particular order. It has no access to your Shopify order data, so when someone asks where their parcel is, it gives them your shipping policy and tells them how to contact you. Chasing a specific parcel is still down to you.
It won't give pet health advice, and that's on purpose. Anything about an animal's health, allergies or medication gets pointed to a vet, which keeps your brand out of trouble.

Is there a contract?
No. Hope AI is monthly and you can cancel at any time. There is no minimum term.
What if I don't like the demo?
Then you don't pay anything. I build your assistant first and you try it on a private demo page. The £250 setup is only due once you've approved it.
What happens if my store goes over 1,000 conversations a month?
We'd talk about a bigger plan. You would never be charged automatically for going over 1,000 conversations a month.
Do I need a developer to install it?
No. It's one line pasted into your Shopify theme. There's no app to install, and to remove it you just delete that line.
